Sources & Attribution

LeaseIntel analyses published First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) lease extension decisions drawn from public archives. This page describes those sources, the applicable licensing where confirmed, and how corrections and withdrawals are handled.

GOV.UK / HM Courts & Tribunals Service

A significant portion of the LeaseIntel dataset is derived from the Residential Property Tribunal decisions collection published on GOV.UK by HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

Contains public sector information from HM Courts & Tribunals Service licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated.

Individual decisions or documents may carry their own copyright notice or be subject to separate terms; those terms apply in place of the general statement above.

Historical Leasehold Advisory Service archive

A subset of older decisions in the LeaseIntel dataset originates from the historical Leasehold Advisory Service tribunal archive (decisions.lease-advice.org).

Source: Leasehold Advisory Service historical tribunal archive. Applicable reuse and attribution terms are under review. LeaseIntel does not assert Open Government Licence coverage for material from this archive until its licensing terms have been captured and reviewed.

Independence and endorsement

LeaseIntel is an independent research service operated by Geoff Money Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HM Courts & Tribunals Service, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), GOV.UK or the Leasehold Advisory Service. Its analysis does not represent the views of those bodies.

LeaseIntel does not use government or tribunal logos and does not imply endorsement by any public body.

Corrections, withdrawals and anonymisation

The authoritative version of any decision is the version currently published by the originating body. Where a decision is later corrected, withdrawn, replaced or anonymised at source, the source version prevails over any earlier copy indexed by LeaseIntel.

To report an outdated or superseded record, or to request a correction, use the Corrections & Privacy Requests page.
