This policy explains how LeaseIntel uses cookies, browser local storage, scripts, tags and similar storage or access technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
LeaseIntel is operated by Geoff Money Ltd, company number 16677970, of 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Cookies are small text files stored by a website or service on your browser or device. Local storage lets a website retain a small item of information in the browser. Scripts, tags, pixels and similar technologies can read or write device information or send information about how a page is used.
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) apply to more than cookies. This policy therefore covers all storage and access technologies used by LeaseIntel.
These technologies are needed to provide a service you request, remember your privacy choice, maintain security or support a payment flow you choose to use. Where the PECR strictly-necessary exception applies, consent is not required. Any personal information produced by the technology is processed under the Article 6 basis stated in our Privacy Policy, normally contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They are not loaded until you make the required choice through our cookie banner. When consent is required, the legal bases are:
You can refuse optional analytics without losing access to ordinary site content. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We do not classify optional platform analytics as strictly necessary merely because a hosting provider supplies it. Any non-essential hosting-platform telemetry must be disabled or held back until the applicable choice permits it.
The exact cookies set can depend on your browser, consent choice and whether you open a third-party payment page.

Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-TL5K2QXLCV. Microsoft Clarity uses project ID x8303v9xsk.
Stripe technology applies only when a payment feature is available and you enter or open that payment flow. The paid report service is currently unavailable.

Microsoft Clarity session replay is not described as anonymous. It can involve personal information even where fields are masked. LeaseIntel configures analytics so that form inputs, uploaded documents, report content, payment pages and other sensitive areas are excluded from collection or replay. Optional analytics is not used to capture the content you submit for a benchmark.
Our hosting and security providers may generate server-side request, error and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Server logs are not automatically cookies or device-storage technologies; their personal-information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
If a hosting provider proposes to place or read a non-essential identifier, or run non-essential page analytics, it is treated as optional and must follow the consent controls in this policy. Provider limitations do not remove our responsibility to make a compliant configuration choice.
When first presented with the banner, you can:
Rejecting optional analytics keeps GA4, Microsoft Clarity and other non-essential technologies off. The site must not treat continued browsing, scrolling or closing the banner as consent.
You can change your mind through Cookie settings in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technology may affect a feature such as payment or remembering your preference.
If we introduce a materially different purpose or provider, we will update this policy and request a new choice where required.
Google, Microsoft and Stripe may receive information as independent controllers or processors for parts of their services. They may process information outside the United Kingdom. The relevant privacy notices and international-transfer safeguards apply in addition to our controls. Further information about LeaseIntel's transfer safeguards is in our Privacy Policy.
Links to third-party websites do not place that third party's cookies through LeaseIntel merely because the link is displayed. If you follow the link, the third party's own cookie and privacy terms apply.
Server-side AI processing used for document extraction does not require an AI provider to place cookies in your browser. AI and uploaded-document processing are covered by our Privacy Policy, not by treating AI as an analytics-cookie category.
